What are the key points for daily maintenance of Galvanized Suspended Platforms
Galvanized Suspended Platforms require regular maintenance to ensure safe use. Before each use, check the main structure of the Suspended Platform to see if there is any deformation or cracking. Focus on checking the welding parts and connection points, and stop using them immediately if cracks are found.
Clean up the debris and water in the Galvanized Suspended Platform every week. When the galvanized layer is damaged, apply anti-rust paint in time. Check the wire rope for broken wires, deformation or rust, and add lubricating oil for maintenance every 6 months.
Safety locks and limiters should be tested once a month to ensure normal operation. Check whether the insulation of the electrical circuit is intact to avoid the risk of leakage. The counterweight should be firmly fixed to prevent displacement or loss.
After each use, remove the cement, paint and other residues on the Suspended Platform. When storing, place it on a pad to avoid direct contact with the wet ground. The Suspended Platform that is not used for a long time should be covered with a rainproof cloth to prevent accelerated aging due to sun and rain.
Establish a maintenance record book to record each inspection and repair content. Replace it immediately if serious damage is found, and do not use it reluctantly. It is recommended to ask professionals to conduct a comprehensive inspection every six months.
