What are the basic steps for installing the Control Box

The installation of the control box can be divided into four steps. The first is to determine the installation location. Choose a dry, ventilated place that is easy to operate and repair. The height is generally within the reach of an adult. Use a level to calibrate the box to ensure that the installation surface is flat and stable.

Then fix the control box, mark the punching position on the wall, fix the box with expansion bolts, and tighten the screws to ensure that the box does not shake.

Then connect the lines. First, turn off the main power supply, and connect the household wires and load wires to the corresponding terminals according to the markings. Connect the live wire, neutral wire, and ground wire separately, pay attention to distinguishing the colors, and organize the lines after the connection is firm to avoid cross-entanglement.

Finally, install the components in the box, fix the circuit breaker, leakage protector, etc. according to the design layout, connect the corresponding lines, check that each component is installed correctly and the wiring is not loose, then turn on the main switch, test whether the power supply of the box is normal, and ensure that the installation is correct.
